Day Two and progressing!

Off to a rough start today. headache and out of sorts. Hard to concentrate. Don't have the luxury to relax and take the day off but will try later in the day when I'm off work. I drank so much water and have eaten oodles of fruit today as the craving was constant. At lunch time I had an expresso and a cookie. Now I feel fine. No desire to smoke and almost a slight high or feel good feeling from the expresso and cookie. I know it's recommended you stay away from caffeine and sweets but felt like I deserved a treat for making it to day 2. Will continue on my water/fruit journey and hope this nicotene soon leaves my body. I'm proud to be a non-smoker today :)
