Yeah, reading those labels will scare you once you start paying attention. Now for me I grab for more fruits and veggies. More bang for the buck. And I saw the calorie count for a burger at Chili's last week. It was my allowance for the entire day, and it didn't even include fries!
I dunno about going to bed hungry...that would set me up to binge at nite. I think if you're making the right choices and staying at your allowed calories, it really doesn't matter. I DO understand that it may play into the way your metabolism works, like when to work out, when to eat breakfast, etc. but If I'm losing 1-2 lbs a week, then I am a happy camper.
