Sparky, listen to me, dear. It is the holidays and it will be very hard to embark on a mission of dieting right now. So please don't sabotage yourself or your quit. Focus on your quit, focus on having wonderful holidays, try to be reasonable with your eating and do all the good things you are doing, but do not beat yourself up and please don't have a lot of "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts" in your vocabulary right now.
