I don't know about you Jan...but I'm afraid to admit that sometimes I kinda enjoy having a little temper tantrum and doing some door slamming.
I was just talking to hubby about crankiness and quitting....You know what is really bad...he DOESN'T notice much difference!!! .... which means I was already this cranky all the time! Poor fella!
I am going let someone more mature give you good advice...I'm afraid I enjoy my little moments of venting waay to much!!
(Anyway - blame it on the moon - it looks like afew people are going through a cranky time right now)
Congrats on 5 days!
Windy

Thanks guys. Ranting and raving seem quite enjoyable at the moment! I think hubby knows it so he tries not to cross me right now. Sweet and tender? Naaaa. An ex-smoker who could cheerfully whallop anyone right now! Now that's more like it!!!! Cheers, Jan

Everything is fine now. I think the argument lasted all of 10 minutes. At least I don't feel alone in all of this. And, in all honestly, I know where it came from. Ah...the joys of quitting. Each day is a surprise unto itself. Tonight the pain in my foot is taking my mind off that pain in the a**, aka, nicodemon, junkie. I could come up with a few more choice names, but I'll keep it clean and civil. Cheers, :), Jan

 Right now I have the patience of a gnat, I'm sure! I just had an argument with hubby. A couple of weeks ago I fell over the shoes my daughter left in the front hall and hit my foot against the wall. Its been getting progressively worse and today it hurt too much to put shoes on. I was telling hubby,(I think he's in a mood today!). Maybe I went on a bit too much, but that's besides the point. He looked at me, shook his head, and said, "It's always something." Yeah well, I'm living a life without cigs, I told him. Then I hobbled out the front door and slammed it. Just to cool off. I'm back. I haven't decided if I'll talk to him yet or not. Oh the joys of withdrawal! Thanks for letting me vent. Jan

Hi Jan, sounds to me too like you've broken one of the bones, and trust me I know, I did it not too long ago and by the time I went to the doctor there wasn't anything they could do, it was already healing itself. This means I'll have arthritis in this foot forever, so get it checked out ok ;p. I hate shoes in the way! And by the way I love to slam doors too! Now that I live by myself though its a little pointless when it doesn't irritate anyone else...lol. Keep the quit you're doing wonderful.

Hope your foot is better, our dear Jan. (Then you can use it to give your hubby a boot up the bum - that's what they're there for, isn't it?!!)

Do you know why they call it PMS? Because 'Mad Cow Disease' was already taken! LOL
I hear you! I hear you! Wanna take a bite of my steering wheel? HAHA!
I told my husband after church that he needed to clean up the stacks and stacks of papers in the office or else. Or else what? Hell, I don't know...I'd serve divorce papers but he'd lose them in the stacks of papers in the office! Besides...homocide before divorce is my motto! :gasp:
I think I'll go sit beside him in the living room and watch TV while sharpening the kitchen knives :eg:
No, no, no...to carve the Thanksgiving turkey with, you silly-nilly!
