Hi Jan, We all get a bit cranky at times. Even before we quit !!! It's natural, it happens and we'll all get over it. I guess we can read too much into it, you know there doesn't have to be a reason why. It just happens sometimes. As long as it "just sometimes" there isn't really a problem. It will pass and all will be well again shortly :) cheers Kiwikeith My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/29/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 51 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,296 Amount Saved: $591.6 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 16 Mins: 49 Seconds: 15

Jan, We know this anger and temper is not us! Take some you time and appreciate one another. You will need to relax yourself and have your coping mechanisms with you at all times. This will pass, try and do something for yourself! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
