Hi Guys, I write with a very heavy heart, I gave in. I smoked. I have been smoking since the end of September. I moved house and let my stress levels create a gap and I allowed the nicodeamon to slip through. I am not ashamed of myself but I am very dissapointed. All that hard work for nothing. Just to start all over again. I am looking at the positive though. I did make it to 4 months. I can do it again. I was in such control and then pow!!!! Taught me an important lesson. Never let that guard down. I am getting hungry for that quit again. I went back to my 15 a day habit and am still smoking today. I have reset my quit meter to start on Saturday. I have the patches ready to go. May start sooner but dont want to rush myself. I am sorry to leave my May company. I am sorry to let you all down. But now I will join the November quitters with pride and give as much support as I can. Wish me luck. I have to do this. I just dont want to smoke. I am already working on my mind. To program it to say no. To convince myself that smoking tastes awful. That I stink. That I will die. I need to go back to my list of reasons why I want to quit and read through them. See if I can add any new ones. Please send your thoughts this way as I once again start my journey through Hell and Heck week. I will hold my breath and hang on tight.
