Hi Mum Listen I can empathise with you so much. Last year I quit in September and stayed quit for 17 weeks and then wham - I started again and was soon back to old habits. I started my quit again 3 weeks ago and my motto is to be ever vigilant. You and I both know that we can quit, that we can live without cigarettes. My crunch time is a few weeks down the line when I have convinced myself that I've licked this good and proper, that I can have one because I know I can quit. What a daft idea - You hit the nail on the head when you say never let your guard down. So glad that you have set a new quit date for yourself. Congratulations - you know you can do it, I know you can do it, we all know you can do it and we'll be right here for you.
