Hi ten,
I too felt awful around the stage you're at now. So tired and bleurch and lonely and lost. I thought I was going off my head. I had split up from my former partner, my elder daughter left home and my other daughter and I moved house. All just before I quit so I was putting it down to that. But actually, I think now a lot of it was the quitting. According to my stop smoking counsellor, we DO feel lost. it's like a bereavement - this loss of our old "friend" a cigarette.
I feel like a different woman now. Night and day. Hand in there - those feelings will pass. Hope you feel better soon and great achievment so far. get whatever kind of reward perks you up on the really bleurch days!
