Welcome Jess! I too have been sleeping a lot, but I figure it's my body telling me what I need. I am glad you are going to get rid of that cig on the dresser; in fact I hope you have already done so. I could not tolerate one sitting there, it would haunt me! Brrrrrrrrrr!
You say you thought you would be feeling bettter, but how long did you smoke? Don't be so hard on yourself, you didn't get addicted overnight, you won't "get over it" in a few days, either. There are over 4000 chemicals in cigarettes, and who knows what interactions there are with our bodies? Of course we don't feel well when we are "detoxing"! You are doing excactly as expected, so just take care of yourself, ok? Stay cool!
