Sharon, Chocolate martini's are delicious, but honestly, I'm not sure what the calorie count is, but maybe reward yourself with one when you lose a couple of pounds. They are yummy. I'm starting to toy with the idea of an exercise program too. I've gained about 8 lbs in 3 weeks...I'm not concerned because not smoking is more important, but like you, I don't want it to get out of control. Maybe you have inspired me to dust off the treadmill.... Cigarettes Not Smoked

I am thinking that healthy eating has to be part of my plan in the New Year. However, there's time that there is just no replacing that comfort food. I usually try the deep breathing, water, green tea thing first....but if they all fail, it's nutty buddy time for me. Sharon, how's about swapping Chocolate for Chilli ?! It surely burns the tongue, numbs the mouth, and kills any possible craving for Cigarettes! :) Noh, just joking! That's only my peculiar way and may not be suitable for anyone else (perhaps with the exception of Jan of Canada & Tony of the UK !). :) Cheers, nmc My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 94 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 948 Amount Saved: $470 Life Gained: Days: 17 Hrs: 14 Mins: 58 Seconds: 2

How about a glass of white wine or a Spritzer instead of the chocolate? Less calories and at least its fun! Try googling tootsie rolls and see what you come up with. They are like a chocolately fudgy taffy like candy roll. Perhaps there is a UK equililant to the American version. Ok, I just looked at what I typed and have no clue what I just said. ROTFLMBO!! I hope that made sense!! LOL!!!
