My opinion only...when we quit smoking, our bodies go through huge physical changes. Some we notice pretty quickly, some later, and some people have some and not others. It stands to reason that our throats, noses and lungs are sitting up and taking notice, now that we're not pumping four thousand chemicals into them. They begin to regenerate themselves from the damage we've done to them and we begin to heal. And I do believe that our bodies react by trying to expel toxins, through the skin, through the sinuses, or other places. :gasp:
It may be an allergy, it may be an infection, or it may be healing. In any case, because you DON'T know for sure what it is, I would suggest you check with a medical professional if it goes on longer than seems normal.
