Keep on keepin on. YOU can do it. Think about anything else. I found just thinking that I am a non smoker, helps. I don't think about it. When the thought does come up, I do anything to get mind off of it. I also try to surround myself with positive. I also only think about positive.

H good morning have you worked the tools on the left, try posting your meter this helps. What are you doing to keep busy, when the thought of smoking enters your mind you must replace with a healthy thought, if you think negative it only makes it worse, why will it be a long day? Good advice from everyone! Think about anything but smoking. Get busy in the house, or at work, or get outside and walk fast! Think about how nice it is that you smell so great, that you are racking up the minutes added to your life on your meter...anything!!! Post here for help!
