H, Keep on keepin on. YOU can do it. Think about anything else. I found just thinking that I am a non smoker, helps. I don't think about it. When the thought does come up, I do anything to get mind off of it. I also try to surround myself with positive. I also only think about positive. H good morning have you worked the tools on the left, try posting your meter this helps. What are you doing to keep busy, when the thought of smoking enters your mind you must replace with a healthy thought, if you think negative it only makes it worse, why will it be a long day?
