Serenity Hi, I was a morning smoker also, I understand what you're going through, I used to grab the dog and go for a walk as soon as I was out of bed, I did this for weeks, then I would come back and be ok have my coffee and breakfast, chew on straws and cinnamon gum and drink at least 4 bottles of water a day. That thought is gone for me now, so you see it gets better , just do it a day at a time :)Marie
