Hey,
Now I never tried bread sticks myself, but inhaled plenty of cinnamon sticks, and pretzles, and sucked on my teeth alot. LOL!!!
You are doing great. ANd spending time with non-smoking friends can really help. Especially when you are doing something that is strongly associated with smoking. Like walking, talking, breathing, eating,
etc. But it does start becomming better, and someday in the not to distant future, you will actually have a day when you only think of smoking once or twice. And then a day when you don't think of it at all. So you two keep working at it, and help each other along. Your going to make it.
