Appetite suppressants are a temporary fix and, like drinking alcohol, can be a smoking trigger. They can be addictive and can cause other health issues. You don't want to replace a bad habit with another bad habit. Crochet, knitting, exercising, breathing exercises, carrot sticks, toothpicks, sugar free candy, whatever. You have to find some other substitute that works for you. Good luck!!
