My thyroid barely works at all, and I take very high doses of thyroid meds, so i know what you're going through.
When I changed my diet at weight watchers, I actually needed less medication because the diet change helped my thyroid. So, keep excercising, drinking water, and maybe get a calorie recomendation from your doctor and start journaling everything you eat, and counting it. I know that I perosnally thought that I had a great diet, and had no clue whay I was overweight.. until i started writting it all down. LOL
