I too just wanted to eat and eat, but am much better now.
not sleeping well (I had to give up my afternoon coffee which is HORRID because I LOVED and always looked forward to that afternoon pick me up, but then I lay awake at night-never really feel tired the next day though, strange enough) have LOTS more energy, maybe I'll get decaf, though it doesn't seem the same.
have terrible greasy skin, also feel like I'm detoxing (I've been trying to detox by eating lots of fruits, veggies, drinking healthy drinks too etc etc--I have a juicer, apple, celery, carrot and parsley is my fave)
I'm very broken out, feels like I have terrible PMS, which I probably do.
as for cravings, I see them as part of life now, don't know if they'll ever go away.
since I've smoked since being a teenager, I feel like I have to learn how to deal with stress completely on my own, that I never learned to cope with stress without first lighting a ciggie. So I have no clue how to deal with natural feelings that come up each and everyday. Slowly, I'm figuring it out.
