Hi Raine,
My very first post here, was something like, I need support to give up smoking, and I said how I found it so hard as every time I tried to quit, i felt like i was rowing with my boyfriend he was unsupportive and i would go back to smoking, I wanted this time to be different. AND it is, because HE is not my support network for smoking, I dont talk to him about it, I come here for support (even when I am at his house)
Right now second part -
You work all day then you come home and do the cleaning and make dinner, do you clean up after him? Do you make his dinner? Aragh.. this guy needs a reality check. He wants a mother not a girlfriend.
If I was you, I would go on strike I wouldnt touch his stuff for say a week, then he could see what a lazy person I was.
Believe me, I went through this over and over again with my boyfriend and smoking and it only changed when I came here, the reason for that, was because I wasnt looking to him for support or happiness. We are all responsible for our own happiness... post here often, we will be here for you! We will listen...
take care, and PLEASE PLEASE DONT SMOKE (Honstley I did that 6 or 7 times this year, its so upseting to throw away a quit)
Write down all the reasons that you quit - WHY and why are they still relevant to you today. Just please dont smoke...(or I will be ahead of you in the quit... and right now you are winning.. hehe) ok?
