Day 4 and counting -- not bad.

Hello, Yes, I passed. Today I went into a long meeting at work with panic thoughts in mind about dizziness, unable to concentrate, heart palpitations and also thought that I could fall off the chair or could not concentrate and attend to the end of the meeting, but I did. Yes after two hours plus sitting in the meeting I came out fresh. I believe the key was that I was prepared. Yes, I went home and rest a bit during lunch time, ate light food right before the meeting and drunk a glass of juice to keep me energized. I survived and I am so happy. I am glad day 4 is almost over. I am going to go home, excercize and prepare for day 5. I will check in tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing just fine. -TT
