Hey guys ... look at all of us ... we are off to a great start, eh?!!! I had some grape tomatoes as a snack. And for dinner I had a turkey salad sandwich. I'm pretty sure I stayed at around 1200 calories ... or close to it anyway. I went to the gym tonight for about 45 minutes. I went swimming around 3 for a couple of hours. Here is a great tip: Do you like dip for your veggies? I do, but they are so high in calories. So I buy some fat free sour cream (20 cal for 2 TBSPN) and I add powdered ranch to it. YUM! I don't know how I am going to do for our weigh in tomorrow, but I am trying and I am not going to quit trying. Plus the working out really helps me in my Quit. It is a great de-stressor.
