I thought I would share what I ate today:
Breakfast
1 cup bran cereal
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tbsp honey
1 banana
Snack:
1/2 bag lite popcorn
1 package fruities
Lunch:
Healthy Choice Chicken Pasta with lots of veggies
Mango
FF yogurt
Dinner:
2 oz. chicken
Salad with 1 tsp olive oil and 5 walnuts
FF yogurt
That adds up to about 24 points on WW, which is similar to about 1200 calories.
I will walk on Friday night, Saturday morning, and Sunday. I would love to go swimming this weekend if I can get into a pool. (I have a pool but I will not be at my condo this weekend, but my BF's house.)
