Jan you are doing great and you are going to make it this time. I used to buy white grapes and freeze them. I started using them to substitute for a cig when I got a crave not just sit and munch on them. Low cal just enough sweets to help and cool to the mouth. It worked for me. Give it a try. I also had to get off my butt and go to the freezer to get one.........work work work. Hang tight girl it ain't easy but you know that.
