Ok, I don't know how to do the weight tracker right. But anyways, I am 132pounds and want to lose one pound a week by eating 1200 calories a day or less and by excersizing to burn an extra 2500 calories. I also really really really wont smoke

I'm still checking this thread everyday to see what's on it too but we will see how everyone is doing tomorrow. I know I have lost this week because I have had some really bad craving times and I tend to go work out really hard when I have that. See ya tomorrow! I did really well today even if I did have a nervous breakdown. I did not smoke! I had a slim fast, and a Lean Cuisine for lunch and dinner, low calorie ice cream and hot tea for snacks! SUCCESS! Thank you all for your help! For those of you doing Weight Watchers - how do you figure points? Do you count fat grams? I'm trying different things right now. T. All I can do is think of food right now, but I had done really well and have had 2 normal sized meals. I am drinking water and diet coke and chewing gum. I have lost 1 lb. since this past Monday which isn't great but it's better than nothing. Haven't started an exercise plan. I need to do that. T. Is everyone ready to stick to their goals today?! We can do this. Make good food choices, remember that your portion amount is important and plan some time for physical activity today. It will keep you busy, it will de-stress you. Visualize yourself loosing or maintaining your weight. Believe you can do this. You will feel slim and healthy and best of all this will help you with your QUIT!!! How awesome is that??!!! If you are doing resistance training remember that protein is important to mend those muscles. We want to loose fat, not muscle. So don't forget to nourish those muscles. White Turkey meat & Tuna fish in spring water are excellent sources of low calorie/high protein! We can do this guys!!!!!! Previous weight: 135 pounds Current weight: 135 pounds Goal weight: 110 pounds This week I plan on going to the gym Thursday, Saturday or Sunday, and Tuesday. I will work out for at least 1 hour non-stop each of those days. I am going to keep my calories under 1,500 each day. I will count my calories. Today I have had an apple 60, 2 cups of gourmet coffee 100, 12 thin slices of turkey sandwich meat 140, carrots with fat free sour cream 80, 2 sugarless gum 10. So I have had about 400 calories today. I am doing pretty good. I will keep it up!! I can do this!! (I'm faking it till I make it) Can you hear it in my voice?! to the SSC Waist Watchers Group The concern of 'not gaining weight' is something that a lot of people think about when they QUIT SMOKING. The SSC Waist Watcher Members have realized how helpful it has been to make public announcements of our Quits & how supporting each other to reach those goals is such a powerful motivational tool. Our goal here is to apply those same techniques to maintaining or losing weight. One of the reasons many stop smoking is to be healthy. Eating right and exercising will not only help us to feel and look our best, it will help us in our QUIT. Exercise is such a great de-stresser and eating right nourishes the body that nicotine wanted to destroy. It is a great way to kick sand right in Nicodemon's face. So come on and join us! Every Thursdays we post our goal weight and how we plan on getting toward or maintaining our goal. We support each other, share ideas and celebrate each other accomplishments. Our Current Group of Members are: Breaking Free Mr. Ed Penitent Mama smokingsux NascarFan Lana TXsT Stoppin' Determined2Quit TODAY IS THURSDAY ...
