This week I plan on going to the gym Thursday, Saturday or Sunday, and Tuesday. I will work out for at least 1 hour non-stop each of those days. I am going to keep my calories under 1,500 each day. I will count my calories.
Today I have had an apple 60, 2 cups of gourmet coffee 100, 12 thin slices of turkey sandwich meat 140, carrots with fat free sour cream 80, 2 sugarless gum 10.
So I have had about 400 calories today. I am doing pretty good. I will keep it up!! I can do this!!
