TSIKOS, I'm wondering if the shaking is anxiety? Are you under a lot of stress above and beyond the quit? Is your life really hectic and stressful? I know that anxiety and panic can make you feel like you can't breathe and your whole body can shake horribly. If so, there is a panic site that is a sister site to this one, only I forget the link to it. I'm sure if one of the administrators see this post, they would be happy to fill you in, but anyway, do at least see your doctor to be sure there isn't an underlying medical problem, ok? Hang in there, you have a great quit going, and 25 days is AWESOME! As soon as you get the crave...Just look around you and find an interest in something..If you're outside..Look at the buildings..the sky or even at the people who are still coping and getting through life without a cigi...There are actually loads of people who still have loads of fun..even with the buggers !!... Just always remember..Before you started smoking you still had a great life and never needed the buggers to get through your day, sorrows or joy..It can be like that again...It might be tough..BUT DEFINITELY WORTHED...ALWAYS REMEMBER - NOPE - NOT ONE PUFF EVER !:) My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: 0 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 0 Seconds: 0

Thank you very much your support, although I have had a terrible weekend, thinking some financial problems, and having the worst cravings for cig, I am feeling much better now. (I did not make even a puff) Sorry I did not replied sooner, but I use the internet from my office (I do not have a computer at home), so I got all you posts early this morning. In two days i will be one month smoke free and i am very proud of ME!!!!! Have a nice week and be strong!!!!!! Tsikos....I remember feeling like I had absolutely HAD it with craves around the same time. When I thought about them....they weren't as bad as the first 2 weeks...but I was just sick and tired of them. At day 30 something....I have had a pretty good week with only afew craves every day...I honestly think that this thing goes in waves for awhile...so be prepared...the good times will come and enjoy them when they do! Please be patient, Tsikos! You cannot wipe out a long time habit in few days ... :) The craving still exists, but its intensity becomes less and less as time goes by! Hang in there Tsikos, they tell me it gets better. Actually I know it does, I've been there before. The weekend's here, grab yourself a couple of good movies and a huge bowl of popcorn...and...Bob's your uncle! Take care of yourself. Patience, T!!! This is perfectly normal that the cravings don't magically disappear in a couple of weeks. The cravings are not like Hell Week, though, are they?
