Tsikos,
Like everyone said, it does get better. Are you focusing on your cravings? That might be the reason you feel as if it is getting worse. When you give power to the thought of smoking, it can overwhelm you. Take that power back. Change you thoughts. Force yourself if you have to.
Try some relaxation. Hot tea, a relaxation CD, yoga, or just plain old relaxing on the couch. There are a number of ways to help you come back down. But, you have to change your focus. I found hypnosis cd's were helpful for me. I popped them into my cd player, and put on my headphones, and relaxed on the couch while I listened to them.
Nicodemon will try anything. He is on his last leg, and still trying to take over. Do not let him. Shut him out of your mind...........
Reward yourself for your 25 days quit. You are well on your way!!! Never give in.
