The funny thing about thinking about quitting the quit is that if you did, you'd be MORE miserable! I know that the thoughts come, but remember when you were smoking, all you thought about was quitting? Wel, NOW YOU HAVE!!! You have gone 21 days! That is so AWESOME! It's weird, isn't it, that you can actually have gone 3 weeks without one? But you have!!! Give yourself a reward, you truly deserve a nice manicure, pedicure, a special coffee, an ice cream sundae (ooooh, Baskin Robbins Pistachio Almond with hot fudge + whip cream!), or just a soak in a warm bubble bath.....
