There are always people around here whatever time of day it is. Stay close to the site for the weekend, read and post and keep yourself busy. Don't dwell on those thoughts....make a list of things you want to do....plan a morning or afternoon out somewhere nice, complete something around the house that you've have been putting off doing......anything! Just keep busy!!!
Before you know it, those 4 smoke free days will turn into 5 and then 6 and then 7........... :)
