I had the same thing. Don't remember when they started, but it wasn't "immediately" -- but they went away just as phantomly.
Other "delightful" side effects? Bleeding gums, increased skin "eruptions" on the scalp, face and chest.
All quite normal as part of the healing process and your body sheds itself of all the chemicals in your system.
