mental addiction worst than physical addiction

Hi jeanigirl: The first thing I thought when reading your post was WOW what a great friend. I notice people smoking more than before. What I try to do is see them and then try to imagine a goat, a cat or a bird with a cigerette hanging out of their mouth. I get a visual image that crack me up and I realize how stupid it is. Keep up the great work, taking it one day at a time. You don't want to start the smoking cycle again and you sure don't want to have to go through the last 10 days all over again. Congradulations on your extreme women power!!!!

With regard other smokers, i look at them, taking a drag on their cigarettes, and wonder if they are actually enjoy it. I feel sorry for them to be addicted to the filthy weed, whereas I am now free. I dont envy them at all. Most smokers (pretty much everyone says oh wow thats brilliant you have quit) they all think they will quit 'one day' anyway. I also smell people that have smoked, and ugh,.. and the smell of chemicals, I cant believe that I smelled that bad? Its about thinking that they are the ones losing out - Not YOU! (nicotine tricks your head to think that its you thats missing out, lol). I imagine that they have to pay 5.00 for each pack, what a waste of money and how glad am I that i dont have to spend it too.. I sometimes imagine them smoking rolled up fivers... that works too!
