Hang in here.....sleep patterns are disturbed even without the patches.....you can remove them at bedtime if you find that helps, but I wouldn't quit using them. I credit them with the success of my quit. Depression is normal also. and you are missing your "so-called" friend.....but as was stated...smoking is NO friend...it's the ENEMY. Keep the control....I know it doesn't "feel" like control at this point, but believe me, as long as you don't smoke it IS. YOU are in control. It WILL pass....think positive and get a reward program set up for yourself Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1478 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 59,133 Amount Saved: $8129 Life Gained: Days: 192 Hrs: 19 Mins: 51 Seconds: 43

Soccermom, You may try taking off the patch at night and putting it on first thing in the morning. Hope this helps, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.

Soccermom, Welcome to our support community! This is a great place to come and get support and advice. What you are feeling is normal and it will pass. You need to prepare yourself for the weekend and all the challenges it can bring. It is ok to change your routine for awhile and use lots of mechanisms to help you through. You can do this and we can help, Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
