Hi Circuit,
Tell me if I'm wrong, but before you felt stressed today, presumably you're been OK for a few days(?)
The Nicodemon is a cunning creature. He (she?) will wait until you are a bit relaxed in your quit and hit you with a punch.
Now after a few days of relative calm, that punch hurts a bit. The impression I'm getting at this stage of my quit (and by listening to more senior quitters) is that the Nicodemon will try this from time to time, but the frequency becomes less and the 'punch' becomes weaker.
This is a blip (I bet you feel better by now anyway!)
Let us know how it's going.
2 months tomorrow Circuit. You are winnning this battle
Mr Ed :)
