Hello everyone! I am on my ninth day of being smokefree. I am getting through each moment with strength. I am on the patch and it does help me from climbing out of my skin, but look forward to the time when I dont have to wear a patch. I have been taking each moment throughout the day and looking forward to the next. I have been experience some physical symptoms that point blank am tired of feeling though and it gets me angry. Last night I felt so crappy that I laid there and just cried to release knowing that I will be over this and not have to feel this way soon. My biggest symptom is just feeling exhausted (I am the type of person who pushes myself and never stops except for when I go to sleep at night). It seem like I do two things and my headache starts (actually I wake up with one) then I get so sleepy, I cant concentrate etc. It not like I sit around all day thinking about every little detail of smoking or not smoking, I actually am quit focused on may others aspects of things I enjoy. I play the violin and have been really hitting the notes hard to improve my performance (which I have joined an orchestra again). It feels wonderful to perform again. Well speaking of, I must go for rehersal. Its kinda of hard to chew on my straws when I am playing a violin LOL. Thanks for listen (reading).
