Hi Marie, thanks for thinking of me, that really touched me.
Truth is I've been totally useless the last few weeks. I manage to get to work and then that's it....work--sleep, sleep--work, I am totally knackered and I reckon that it's this sluggish, lethargy that goes with all the weight I've put on.
So anyway, yesterday was registration day at Curves and today my daughter and I have our 1st session, ( I reckon my daughter is only going in order to get me there, I was so nervous, it was ridiculous!!)
I hope it doesn't kill me cos I'm working all weekend....I sound like such a wimp don't I?
How are you keeping Marie? I expect you're getting busier at work. Have you had any snow yet? My son is spending 3 months in Canada in the New Year doing a snowboarding instuctors course...lucky soul. He's the only one of my children who smokes, my 2 daughters don't, and he is building up to a quit ready for Canada. So he should too, he's only 18 yrs old, I think it's crazy that youngsters start to smoke but then I was a rotten example to him all the years that I smoked.
Well, here's to exercise...hope it works!! Best regards, Lilly :8o:
