Hey all. Wow its great to see so many people supporting each other. Ive only just given up smoking 3 days ago (although my milage doesnt reflect that -- i think cause the site is from overseas). I had a baby 6 mths ago so my weight has only just returned to normal from that & now giving up smoking will make that all go down hill again i expect. Im trying really hard not to change my eating habits but im soooooooo bored & not having smokes seems to make the day go longer!!!!! At the moment im 55kilos (dont know what that is in pounds) & i will definately be keeping a very close eye on that. Good luck to everyone & remember that healthy eating is the way to go not starving yourself so that your metabolism slows down too much & makes losing weight even harder. Much peace Tonka :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/24/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 1 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 66 Amount Saved: $5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 3 Mins: 40 Seconds: 19

Starting weight: 175 Current weight: 176 (I gained 5 lbs immediately after starting this diet and have now lost 4 of them) Goal weight: 165 by October 31. I'm still trying! I think I'm getting the hang of this dieting thing. It's not easy, but at least I'm trying! Crave the Quit (weight loss too)! I need to join your group. I have not weighted myself since I quit smoking but I feel like I have gained. I just want to eat and eat especially at night when I have home after work. I do not want to execise at all. I have all the best intentions but always find a reason not to exercise. Too hot too tired or whatever I can think up. I guess I have to just do it. I will report back later.
