Hi, Harrow.
Your body and brain have gone for years with nicotine in them. Now, suddenly, that nicotine is gone. As a result, your body and brain chemistries are just totally whacked (nice, scientific term).
Lethargy, animation, moodiness, uncontrollable laughter, sadness, crying, depression, elation, can't sleep, can't stay awake. All are a part of a normal quit.
It will all settle out eventually. Just hang in there. You're through the detox phase. Congratulations, Harrow. :)
