Read all you can on what smoking does to your body. I looked at pictures, and they stuck in my mind...... Go through your reasons for quitting, and keep them close.
Drink water..... Drink water.... Drink water..... and more water!!!! Get some hard candies, licorice, anything you want, just do not smoke.
