I, D, am joining the weekend pledge and will NOT smoke under any circumstances, (even though I am going to my 1st "smoke free" happy hour today) I will keep these lungs smoke free!!! Today is my 7th day and the withdrawl symptoms are getting to me, but, why come this far to turn back now right??!! Have a fantastic weekend!! Keep the positive thoughts coming, they really help me! SMOKE FREE IN AZ!!!
