Hey everyone,
is everyone still around? Suffering, crying - but around, I hope.
Today I become suddenly very angry with myself - and nicodemon - how is it possible that I spill my energy for nicotine? Now for quitting. I am almost sure I am not doing this again - as this is really hell, and humiliating.
I used to think - I am a strong woman. Where is she? - was it nicotina? who knows - after more than 20 years smoking
anyway - when I will have any brains - i have to investigate again - who am I at all.
I hope you are doing well,
sticking together can hopefully give some extra strength. I certainly need it - as I have no any:)
Keep tight, :)
Parola

Hi everyone:)
I just wonder how is it with you? first days and first month quitters:)
I hope that everyone is still is stronger than nico-demon.
My last 3 days are already a little bit better, I feel a bit that I am human being again (or first?).
The first days I did not had a lot hunger, but it came today, specially for sweeties.:)
I am still forgetfull.
And the craving is still there - which I have control consciously constantly.
The question - do we need always this controll, or not smoking will be automatic some time?
I wish everyone a sunny weekend.

It's nice to see so many people pushing thru this one day (or one minute) at a time... keeping the quit no matter what it takes.
Parola, you asked where the strong woman you used to be is?? You have to see that your "strong woman" is still with you... fighting the battle of her life and she's WINNING! :) Hang in there!
