Please, please know that you will not feel like this forever. In fact, each day you get through is one day closer to NEVER feeling this way again. It isn't an overnight process. This is an addiction after all that you are withdrawing from. Each crave, each symptom is a sign that your body is purging all of the thousands of chemicals that you ingested into your body. So try to look at these uncomfortable feelings as actual healing feelings, because that's what they are.
And remember. Nobody is MAKING you quit smoking. You are choosing to quit. You can smoke anytime you want to. But you are choosing not to.
