I found one of the best things to do when I craved was post and read in here. At first I thought I was getting an ssc addiction but it passes. Try to keep yourself occupied with other things. Did you get alot of hard candies? Gum? Chew on twizzlers, or toothpicks. Read a book, take a walk, take a hot bubble bath, sing a song, do a jig...etc...just don't smoke. It is so worth it in the long run. You did well posting here instead of smoking. This place is an awesome support system. Just try and do anything to keep your mind off the craving. If you want to scream, beat pillows, cry, or whatever else you are feeling let it out. It seems to be harder on you when you try to control those emotions and hold them back....LET THEM OUT!!! Lock yourself in a room with no access to smokes...whatever you have to do. The nicotine should probably be about out of your system I believe. You are doing great. 3 days smokefree is incredible. Every day, hour, minute, second without a cigarette is an accomplishment and you should reward yourself for that accomplishment. Hang in there it gets better!!!
