Hi all,
I am sticking with this thead for now, though i dont think it is a good idea to have the word 'worried' on the topic title :) But i do feel a little worried still.
It feels almost like i knew a mouse's been hiding in the kitchen, and I am clinging on to my baseball bat, ready to strike it anytime it surfaced. And when the chase began, there will be lots of yelling, screaming , throwing of plates, almost but missed its tail... :) looks like the chase will go on for awhile.
Frankly, I have never thought i can last till today :) My first quit was about 1 week, and the rest of the quit lasted around 12 hours or less :) before i give up. So ,it was kind of like having the idea to quit, but never really did it.
how does it feels after 1 week is over? :) i know by then, probably the habit part will settle down, i might have inserted new habits into my meal break, morning hours, etcc. but i am not sure if the 'missing' part will go away so easily. i doubt it will.
