SMOKER VS BROKEN DOWN USED UP WOMAN

Charliegirl, hang in there. There must be something in the air today, because there are a lot of us feeling down today. As long as it isn't smoke in the air. lol. You have made it to 37 days, that's great! This will pass. Think back to other days that were tough. You made it then, you CAN make it now. Does your husband smoke. If not, why do you think he would be pushing you so hard? Please go take a bath or nap, or whatever you need to do to relax. I promise you WILL feel better soon. Believe me, you CAN crack this! The crummy days will get fewer and fewer and you will begin to see the light. And also, keep in mind that you had some bad days when you were a smoker, too. It's just that now you are not choosing to hide from them behind the smoke of a cigarette. It's a great choice! Don't let any person or situation or circumstance come between you and your quit. Believe it when we tell you that giving in and smoking will only ADD to the dispair and stress that you are experiencing. It won't 'help' one thing and it will weigh on you as having failed to boot. You end up just having to repeat the steps that you have taken at this point. Now look close, and think hard....cause that would just be totally insane to slide back through almost 40 days of not smoking! No WAY....you tie a know in your rope and hang on! I promise you that things will soon begin to feel better....don't let the monster have the control! Charlie, Stay Strong! This is normal and can happen at any point in a persons' quit. Take some time to yourself and find that girl you once were. Go for a walk, take a long hot bath, read book, work off that stress. You can do this and know that we are behind you! 37 days is fantastic :) Rejuvenate yourself and start a fresh day tomorrow. Keep Strong, Josie ______________________ The SSC Support Team.
