Welcome DTQ....I am also afraid of the long term. I am scared of the thought of always having a trigger. Maybe not as often but I will have them. Glad you joined are group and I am so happy to see more people come along. Thanks Chicken...How are you today? Britt..Congrats for going CT. I know I would not have been able to do that. I am using the patch. I know what you mean about being one of those non smokers. I hope I get like that. ;) I don't ever want to go through this again. I have quit several times in the past and I also believe this is it for me. That is the second time someone mentioned that book. I'm gonna check it out this weekend. Angelic :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/4/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 13 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 274 Amount Saved: $61.36 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 22 Mins: 8 Seconds: 52

March quitters...Does anyone have suggestions for a group name??
18 years ago 0 226 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Grandma...I quite once for 30 days. I too am cautious about the future. I basicly know now what I can and can not handle this soon into my quit. I feel like as if I have so much experince with quitting but this IS my last time trying. I have done it for good!!! DTQ..That was always my down fall too. Cheating!! I would say I was quit during the day but I wouldnt think twice about having at least 1 at night. That 1 turned into two and then before you know it it took me 5 months to come back to this site and start all over. Its stupid to put ourselves through that. Why do we? I may never know. Any suggestions on what we can name ourselves?
