Hi Sheila
In my tenure being quit and being on these boards and others, I don't think anyone can give you a definate answer as to how long. I haven't had any urges or cravings in an awful long time, but to say when they went away, I just don't know, they just did and I can say it was worth strugling thru the hard times. Give it time and I and everyone else can promise you that it will get better and some day soon you will wake up and know that the urges have left you. Hang in there, seven days is an awesome start to your quit.
Jim
