Hello my friend Zookie. So good to see you doing well. Yes the quit is comfortable now and the days of craving that we thought we wouldn't make it through seem to be gone. The fleeting thoughts of smoking are so much easier to deal with. Personally, I'm working on self development in other areas such as my attitude, the way I view things and where I'm going with my life. It is amazing the life changes this quit has brought about. Keep popping in from time to time. Before you know it we will be having one heck of a one year Smober party. I expect to see lot of toyotta kicks there :). Glad you are doing well. Hi Lady and Duffis, Haven't been around much at all lately either....winding up the school year, and just found out that I will be getting a new principal next year...ohhhhhhhh what joy....a new principal to train :) sure glad it didn't happen earlier in my quit....I'm soooooo much more into being an ex-smoker that things are much easier to deal with now....must be cuz my mind isn't full of all the poisons and crud anymore....how wonderful is that :) Duffis and Lady are right, we need to get this parrrrrty started...the smobers are reaching one year with the fresh air freaks right behind them...this is going to be one hoppin summer.....
