i went through the same thing you did, first week was not as bad as i thought it would be, but the second week was something else, i kept asking my husband to buy cigs for me, which he didnt, it was terrible, but after the second week cravings got alot better, so hang in there it will get better, just get thru this second week, take it one day, hour, minute or second at a time.
