Thanks Redrosie, I too have gained probably 12-15 lbs and my clothes don't look the same on me. I think maybe the dryer shrunk them(I wish). I'm doing great, I've had a difficult day this is the 1st year anniversary of my husbands death. Smoking crossed my mind a couple of times, but it didn't stay long. I tried to stay busy with the Community Center, I take an Art Class on Friday night(oil) Bob Ross technique. Still life is my favorit.
I know you are proud of your daughter's work with famine relief. Yes, you are right it certianly puts our diets in perspective. We are so blessed. I also drink lots of water and green tea. I have fasted before with clear liquids and it isn't bad. I should try that at least once a week.
Thanks again Redrosie and have a smoke free weekend. Blessings are sent your way.....
