I can't believe this thread of mine is still around. How cool is that?!
Anywho ... I've lost 10 of the 30 pounds that I gained. And I have no doubt that the rest will come off as well within the next year.
I've been doing it by eating a clean diet, nothing processed or hydrogenated, etc. If you can't read it, don't eat it. LOL! I've been watching my portions. Aiming for under 1,200 calories a day and staying active.
