Did anyone experience any severe dizziness of anything like that and whats the feeling you get from the patch when a craving comes up . is it a gentle blow to the craving and not last very long

Ooops! I have goofed. My directions didn't say anything about between the waist and neck ... I've been wearing mine on my thigh. DOH!!!! Any reason for the between the waist and neck application? Throw away the smokes, the ashtrays, the lighters, etc. Take a shower, get all that smoke off of you, put that patch on! Spend all day reading on this site ... get yourself prepared. Use the Quit Program Tools to the left of your screen. It is never too late to QUIT! I would recommend taking a shower first as it washes all the body oil off and helps your patch to stay in place all day. I had some dizziness or was I born with that ... j/k! It is all that oxygen finally getting to my brain! My brain is so happy it didn't know what to do! Expect physical withdraw ... it is part of the process ... it is normal. I would suggest using the Quit Program Tools to the left of your screen, downloading the Quit Program Workbook and reading through it. I think it will help you a lot.
